Dr Joseph Garcia, Chairman

The Hon Dr Joseph Garcia MP became Chairman in December 2011. Dr Garcia is the Deputy Chief Minister of Gibraltar and has ministerial portfolios including planning and lands issues; political, democratic and civic reform; and civil aviation matters. He was first elected to the Gibraltar Parliament in 1999. Dr Garcia is a historian, having received a Doctorate from the University of Hull and is the author of a book on the modern history of Gibraltar.

Tim Bristow, Chief Executive Officer

Tim Bristow is the Chief Executive Officer. Tim's other directorships include bwin.party digital entertainment plc and he has previously served on the boards of PartyGaming plc and Gibraltar based subsidiaries of  Verizon Communications, British Telecom and the Northumbrian Water Group. He was formerly the Financial and Development Secretary of Gibraltar and before that a Director of the National Audit office in London, where he trained as an accountant after graduating. Tim also has experience of working in the United Nations system.

Dilip Dayaram Tirathdas

Dilip Dayaram Tirathdas has been a Gibraltar Government nominated Director since December 2006. He is currently the Financial Secretary of Gibraltar, a position he took up in 2007 following a career in the Government's Treasury where he became the Accountant General. Dilip's other directorships include AquaGib Ltd. Dilip's university degrees include financial services and law and he is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Zoran Vehovar

Zoran Vehovar joined Gibtelecom's Board in June 2010. Zoran is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer on the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, having previously been the Technology Director of Mobitel (Telekom Slovenije's mobile subsidiary). Zoran graduated in electrical engineering from where he went to work in the telecommunications industry.

Brigita Boh

Brigita Boh joined Gibtelecom's Board in October 2010. She is the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of Telekom Slovenije, and has a Masters Degree in Law.

Marko Boštančič

Marko Boštančič joined Gibtelecom’s Board in July 2011. He is the member of the Telekom Slovenije Management Board with responsibility for marketing, sales, customer care and carrier services. Marko has a degree in law and has worked in the telecommunications industry throughout his career, with previous roles including chief financial and operations officer of Slovenian mobile operator Bmobile (SI) Limited and Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) of systems ingegrator MIBO Komunikacje.
