Francis Lopez

Francis Lopez is Gibtelecom’s Business Director and is responsible for the finance, customer service and sales, marketing, business development, regulatory and network operations centre functions. Francis joined Cable & Wireless in 1970, where he qualified as an engineer. He then took on the role of developing and running the sales and marketing department of the newly formed Gibtel (a joint venture company owned by British Telecom and the Government of Gibraltar) in 1988.  Francis is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Institution of Engineering & Technology.
