Xavi Bado

 
Xavier Bado had been Gibtelecom's Technical Director since 1994. His responsibilities include wireline switching and transmission, mobile and radio services, information technology and next generation networks. Xavier commenced his career in telecommunications in 1973 with the Gibraltar Government Telephone Department, progressing to Technical Officer with responsibility for the upkeep of the telephone exchange. On promotion Xavier transferred to Gibraltar Nynex Communications shortly thereafter taking up a post as a Director of Operations.  Xavier has a Diploma in Management and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
