Why I am not receiving my emails on my @gibtelecom.net email address?

The most common reason why you are not receiving your emails is that your mailbox is full.

To check this log in to your Gibtelecom email account via webmail at https://webmail.gibtelecom.net. At the bottom of the left hand menu there is a percentage bar which shows how full your mailbox is. If it is 100% then you will not be receiving emails.

In order to start receiving emails again you will need to delete some of your messages to free up some space.

Alternatively you can purchase additional email storage from £10 a month by contacting our Customer Services Team.
