In order to be able to subscribe to services online you need to be registered on Gibtelecom’s SelfCare online portal. This can be accessed by visiting http://selfcare.gibtele.com. Once logged into Selfcare you can pay your bill, view your services (including call itemisation), send secure messages to our Customer Services Team and view your billing and payment history.
If you already have an email contact registered on your Gibtelecom account you will be able to receive your SelfCare password by visiting the SelfCare site, entering your Gibtelecom account number in the username field, and clicking ‘Forgotten Details’ and then ‘Reset Password’. You will receive your password via email and then be able to revisit the website and order your required service.
If you do not have an email contact registered with us, please call +350 20052200 and have your Gibtelecom account number to hand. An agent will be able to register you for SelfCare over the phone after which you can visit the site and complete the order process with your Selfcare login details.
