Never miss a call when you’re away from home or on another call with Gibtelecom's free voicemail service!
Setting up your voicemail is easy and a voice prompt will guide you through the various features and options available.
Getting started
Dial 123 from your mobile phone then follow the prompts to set up and personalise your mailbox.
Using the menu on your phone, go to 'Call Divert' and enter 123. Activate the call diversion option of your choice.
Once your mailbox is activated, you will receive notification on your mobile phone each time a message is deposited in your mailbox.
Please note 123 MUST be used to divert the calls to voicemail
Access
Dial 123 from your mobile to access your voicemail.
The mailbox will greet you and request your PIN (initially 0000) if required.Then just follow the prompts.
If accessing Voicemail from a Gibtelecom landline or from abroad, dial (+350) 58123000.
reload customers can only have Roaming or Call Diversion active at any one time. Roaming facilities are active by default. Please contact 194 to switch between both options free of charge.
Note: Some users may experience problems whilst roaming with some operators. If you experience any such problems please inform our Customer Services Centre on 20052200.
