Public consultations
The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) carries out public consultations, on occasion, before issuing a Decision Notice. These public consultations allow operators and other interested parties to answer a series of questions which the GRA takes into account when publishing its decision. They are non-confidential and aimed at increasing transparency for market players. Full responses to all Public Consultations are available on the GRA’s website www.gra.gi
