Universal Service Obligations

The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) issued on 11 June 2009 Public Consultation 04/09 concerning Universal Service Obligations. Under this Public Consultation the GRA proposes to continue imposing universal service obligations (USO) on Gibtelecom.
