Gibtelecom’s Reference Interconnect Offer (RIO) establishes the legal, operational and technical aspects of interconnection between Gibtelecom’s network and the networks of other licensed operators in Gibraltar.

Rate Changes:

On 1 January 2012, Gibtelecom introduced rate changes to fixed origination and termination as well as to mobile voice termination rates. The changes were as follows.
