Dispute Resolution
Gibtelecom will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve any customer complaint satisfactorily.

In the event that you are unhappy with the way your complaint was handled you can write to,                                                                                                Gibtelecom’s Corporate Affairs Unit, Europort Suite 942,                                 (email corporateaffairs@gibtele.com) for referral.

Where there is a dispute and it is not resolved, either you the customer or Gibtelecom, can refer the dispute to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) Europort Suite 811, for determination by the Authority.
