Maintenance Service

Any maintenance to your Telephone Line service is included in your rental charge. Gibtelecom aims to repair any failures of the service within two business days of the fault being reported.
 
This does not apply however, to events which have transpired as a result of Customer misuse, tampering or unauthorised repair / modification to equipment, or failure that are beyond the control of the Company.
 
In such cases you may be charged a call-out fee for the service’s repair or equipment replacement.
