Gibtelecom aims to provide you with a 99.9% network availability each month for your connection within Gibtelecom’s Licensed area, excluding events, or a series of events which are outside the reasonable control of Gibtelecom which may affect Gibtelecom’s network availability.
Please note that the above conditions only apply to Gibtelecom’s Telephone Line service.
