Gibtelecom will, on application for Telephone Line service open a “Service Order” in its automated customer care computer system.
This Service Order will have a number which will be used for reference purposes, and will facilitate tracking the progress and status of the installation of the service.
New service requests are normally delivered within a few days, and Gibtelecom guarantees to provide the customer with the service within ten business days of receipt of the completed service request.
