No. The set-top box is provided on free hire (in the same way as your Broadband Gateway) and it’s your responsibility to keep it in good condition. You’ll need to return the box at the
end of the agreement, otherwise services will be restricted and you will be charged for the cost of the box.
There are no installation fees until 1st July. Thereafter there will be a one-off set-up fee of £50 which includes assisted installation and home wiring.
