What is included in the home set-up?

We’ve made Sofi easy for customers to be able to install themselves. However we pride ourselves on service so when you apply you can book an engineer to help you. 

 

Your engineer will:

•  make sure your broadband and home set-up are working at full speed

• set up your Sofi entertainment service via cable (preferred to be able to guarantee service) or via WiFi 

• demonstrate the service and download the Sofi app to your chosen device

 

This is included free of charge as part of the launch promotion and will be charged at £50 thereafter. In that case we’ll add it to your Gibtelecom monthly bill where it will appear as: ‘Sofi set up charge’.

 

Your engineer will call you to confirm the appointment time before attending.
