Go paperless for a greener future
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we are introducing a nominal paper bill fee of £1 per month, effective 1st June 2024. This fee will contribute towards the rising cost of printing and mailing paper bills, and aligns with our commitment to reduce paper usage and minimise our environmental footprint.
We understand that transitioning to paperless billing may be a change for some customers, however, we believe that by encouraging paperless billing, we can collectively make a positive impact on the environment while streamlining the process.
The transition to paperless billing is simple and convenient. You will receive your bills electronically via email as soon as they are ready, eliminating the need for paper statements. Not only does this reduce waste, but it also provides you with faster access to your bills and helps you to stay organised.

Monster Bundle for pensioners over 65
Effective 1st April 2024, the discounted Monster Bundle deal for pensioners is being revised after 2 years, during which time the data allowance has increased six-fold. We’re making a small change to the cost of the plan. We never want to charge more, but rest assured that we are investing in our network to give you the best experience we can. The discounted product still represents great value, enjoying 33% discount from the standard price:
