Change of date for Direct Debit payments

We would like to inform you that, starting with the 1st June 2026 bill, Direct Debit payments will be collected on the 21st day of each month, in line with your invoice due date.

 

Adjustment to printed bill fee

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we will be updating our paper bill fee to £2 per month, effective from 1st June 2026. This change reflects the increasing costs of printing and mailing, while supporting our efforts to reduce paper usage and minimise our environmental impact.

Switching to paperless billing is quick and easy. You’ll receive your bills by email as soon as they’re ready, giving you faster access without the need for paper statements. It’s a convenient way to stay organised while also helping to reduce waste.

We recognise that some customers may be unable to access electronic billing due to age, disability, vulnerability or digital exclusion.  Customers in these circumstances should contact us.  We will assess such cases individually and may waive the printed bill fee where appropriate.

We are committed to ensuring that all customers can access their billing information in a manner that is fair, reasonable and suited to their needs.
