Yes, you can change your No Contract plan any time you want. Just log in to My Gibtelecom and choose a new plan. Your new plan will start immediately.
You can pause or stop your plan anytime. Simply log in to My Gibtelecom, either the mobile app or the web portal, and you’ll be able to make these changes to your plan at the click of a button.
All No Contract plans last for 30 days. They auto-renew on a monthly basis unless you stop or pause your plan. If you decide to stop or pause your plan, you will only be able to receive calls for another 30 days. We will park your number for a further 60 days after this time when the number and credit will be lost if it remains inactive.

Alternatively, you can give us a call on 20052200 and we’ll happily tell you. We’ll also alert you when you’re getting close to your monthly data limit and again when you’ve reached it.
Yes, you can. If you’re traveling within the EEA, you’ll be able to use your plan allowances just like when you’re in Gibraltar with no extra charge. If you’re traveling a bit further, you can use it too as our network extends to most international destinations, however any time you make a call, send a message, or use data, it will be deducted from your credit so you would need to top up your account balance for this.
To help keep things simple, all local calls are charged at 20p per minute. Whether you are calling a mobile, landline, or a local off-net number, and at any time of day, since there are no peak or off-peak rates, the cost of making a call in Gibraltar is always the same. To make things even better, we don’t charge any call connection fees. All calls are charged per second after an initial one-minute minimum. Texts are charged at 10p per SMS, and MMS at 25p per message.
