Job Overview

The role will involve providing support across carrier functions, as well as assisting the Global Carrier team with a range of cross-departmental activities, including sales and procurement. The position will also contribute to the management and coordination of key projects and ongoing operational processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Close working with internal teams such as Technology/Enterprise/Finance.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain departmental records such as circuit inventory/SOFs/Contracts.
  • Help procure services outside of Gibraltar for our own core network    requirements, Enterprise customers and Carrier customers.
  • Liaise with Finance on any invoice/billing issues.
  • Support team members at Industry events.
  • Manage other daily AdHoc work that is required, using internal platforms including CRM.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong MS Office suite skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Graduate/or 3yrs experience within the Telecoms/IT/OTT industries and a willingness to keep learning and gaining experience.
  • Highly self- motivated, managing workflow and being able to form relationships both internally within Gibtelecom and externally.
  • Must be a team player as the role involves working closely alongside peers and management across multiple departments.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Role will require some travel outside of Gibraltar.
