Yes. All Gibtelecom broadband products have a one year minimum term, however you can upgrade at any point during your contract. Speak to an Account Manager to discuss your upgrade options.
All of Gibtelecom's business broadband products are delivered on a dedicated fibre connection.
Yes. All of Gibtelecom's broadband products have an associated Service Level commitment. On the rare occassion that these are not met you would be entitled to service credits. For further details check out our Terms and Conditions in the footer of this page.
If broadband is critical to your business we would recommend an Enterprise Broadband or Direct Internet Access product, as these are designed with business critical operations in mind and have enterprise-grade configuration and SLAs.
