Gibtelecom supports Childline

Gibtelecom recently donated to £2,000 to Childline Gibraltar, a local volunteer-led organisation which aims to contribute to the local community in ways which protect and support children in need. They offer a range of services, which include: providing a free and confidential Helpline service provided by Gibtelecom; producing a free magazine for teenagers; running an appropriate adults scheme which provides volunteers to accompany juveniles detained by the police; and running awareness projects in the local community, including schools and youth groups. This year Childline is celebrating its 10th anniversary on the Rock and Gibtelecom is proud to support such a worthwhile cause.
